Our Return Policy:
Thank you for shopping at Treat&Train. We offer a 30-day return window, providing you the flexibility to reconsider your purchase. Within this period, if you wish to return an item, we kindly ask that it remains in the same condition as received: unopened and housed within its original packaging. For a seamless return process, please ensure you retain your receipt or have proof of purchase. 
Customers will be required to pay a $14.99 USD ($29.99 USD for International Returns) fee for the shipping back to the warehouse.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and undergone our inspection process, we will promptly inform you of the approval status of your refund. Should your return meet our conditions, the refund will be processed back to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
