We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel an order. Please see the guidelines below based on your order's status:

1. If Your Order Hasn't Been Fulfilled/Shipped

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, you can cancel it by sending us an email at [email protected]. Please include your order number and any relevant details so we can assist you quickly.

2. If Your Order Has Already Shipped

If your order has already been shipped, you can initiate a return within 30 days of receiving the item. Please note the following return requirements:

  • The item must be unused and unopened.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging.

Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
